Weekend Workshop Series - Ocean Race Q&A with Mark & Charlie 

Join Oakcliff digitally every Saturday from 1pm to 2pm (Eastern Time) for an interactive digital workshop on a variety of sailing topics that can help cruisers and racers alike! Proceeds support both Oakcliff with our mission to Build American Leaders Through Sailing and coaches in our industry.

This week:

Join us for a live Q&A with Oakcliff Graduates and Volvo Ocean Race veterans, Charlie Enright and Mark Towill. They will tell us how they went from Disney's Morning Light film to the Oakcliff All-American Offshore Team to their first Volvo Ocean Race campaign as Team Alvimedica in 2014-15. The last edition of the race they were Team Vestas 11th Hour Racing and now they are campaigning as 11th Hour Racing Team.

We'll also get to hear the more personal side of their story like how a career in offshore sailing affects their family life and what they like to do on land when they're not sailing.
