This clinic is for ages 8-18. Your swimmer must be able to do a 25yd of every stroke. They will not need any swim equipment other than their goggles, water bottle & towel. They can bring a small snack if they would like.

 WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Learn champion performance techniques from Olympic Medalist
  • Receive small-group personal instruction in the water on four strokes, starts, turns and streamline

RYAN MURPHY
Ryan Murphy (born July 2, 1995) is an American competitive swimmer who specializes in backstroke. He is a three-time Olympic gold medalist and world-record holder in the men's 100-meter backstroke (long course). At the 2016 Summer Olympics, Murphy swept the backstroke events by winning gold in the 100- and 200-meter backstroke. Murphy also won gold in the 4×100-meter medley relay and his leadoff backstroke leg broke Aaron Peirsol's former world record set in 2009



 CAITLIN LEVERENZ  The Native of Tucson, Arizona who had an incredible collegiate career for Cal-Berkeley, just missed the 2008 Olympics in three different events.  She used her disappointment as a chance to re-focus and went on to set an American Record in the 400yd Individual Medley, lead UC-Berkeley to two team titles and win bronze in the 200 IM at the 2012 London Olympics.  Also well-rounded, Caitlin received her degree in public health, has been named Captain of Team USA and is to married to college sweetheart and former Berkeley water polo player, Collin Smith.  Caitlin was Team USA Captain for 4 years from 2012 to 2015 and ProSwim High Point winner from 2013 to 2015.  She is now sharing her love of swimming and leadership skills with the next generation of swimmers through the Mutual of Omaha BREAKout! Swim Clinics.
