Jason Lezak has been the go-to guy on for U.S. relays since 1999. After he and the men 400m freestyle relay teams won silver at the 2000 Olympics and bronze at the 2004 Olympics, coaches turned to Jason to anchor the 2008 team. He didn't disappoint.  Lezak & split of 46.06 is the fastest EVER in the sport. He powered to the wall earning gold in world-record time for the U.S.

Rick Ehrlich, Team USA Swim Chairman for the 20th World Maccabiah Games is proud to announce that Olympic gold medalists and Maccabiah Alumni Lenny Krayzelburg and Jason Lezak will join Team USA for the 20th World Maccabiah Games as Maccabi Ambassadors. Both will be jumping into the pool for two exhibition relays during the Finals of the Swimming Competition.

Watch Jason Lezak split the fastest relay split in the history of the sport.

Dana Vollmer

Dana Vollmer rose to fame as a 16 year old at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece where she won a gold medal for the USA as a member of the world record setting 4×200-meter freestyle relay.   Shockingly, as a favorite to win, in 2008 she failed to qualify for Beijing.  But Dana kept persevering, and against the odds, she came back in 2012 London Games and won the gold medal in the 100m butterfly with a new world record of 55.98!  The first woman to break :56 seconds in the event.   That same week in London, Vollmer won two more gold medals in the 4x200 free relay and joined teammates Missy Franklin, Alison Schmitt and Rebecca Soni in the 4x100 Medley relay.  Swimming the butterfly leg, Vollmer recorded a record split of 55.48, as the U.S. team set a new world record with a time of 3:52.05.    Not yet done, Dana had a son and then started training for her 3 Olympics in Rio.  She came away with 2 golds and a bronze.  This last year she had a second son and is now training for her 4th Olympics in Tokyo 2020!  Amazing!  Dana loves sharing her six gold medals, her love of the sport of swimming and how to accomplish your goals while regardless of age or adversity.
