AIRPORT SHUTTLE
Mac Tools will provide shuttle service between the Nashville International Airport and the Opryland Resort. You must make a shuttle reservation by clicking on the link below. You will need the following information to proceed:
- Distributor Number
- Travel Date
- Airline
- Flight Number
- Guest First and Last Name
- Special Accommodations
- Total Number of Guests Traveling on the Same Flight
*Note: Please complete a separate registration for any guests traveling on a different flight.

PLACING ORDERS
We will be using the tablet ordering system once again for the 2017 Tool Fair. Be prepared by bringing an iPad or android tablet! When you register you may choose to rent an iPad for the weekend at a cost of $70.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note, should your plans change and you cannot attend the 2017 Tool Fair, please send an email notification to marketing@mactools.com no later than Friday, February 17, 2017. Distributors who register for the 2017 Tool Fair and do not show up will be charged a $200 fee.
Additionally, the Gaylord Opryland Resort has a 72-hour cancellation policy.__________________________________________

Join Mac Tools for our annual Tool Fair in Nashville, TN, February 23-25, 2017, at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center.
Our contracted block at the Gaylord Opryland Resort is now sold out. Below is a list of hotels located at the same freeway exit as the Opryland.

2016 MPR Winners Hotel & Travel Awards
Mac Tools will provide a list of the 2016 MPR winners to the Opryland Resort. Billing will be established with the hotel so that Mac Tools will pay the appropriate reward amount based on our negotiated room rate of $164 per night plus tax. Room upgrades are additional and are not covered under the MPR program. MPR hotel award applies to one hotel room for route owner. Bronze & Silver receive 1/2 OF 3 nights (room & tax). Gold, Platinum, and Diamond receive 3 nights (room & tax).
Distributors or Franchisees who achieve Platinum and Diamond status will receive a credit towards their travel to Tool Fair whether they fly or drive. You are not required to submit travel receipts. Platinum Distributors will receive $350 credit and Diamond distributors will receive a $700 credit which will be automatically applied to your trade account after attending the 2017 Tool Fair.

Chances to win may be based on your purchases from specified vendors. Contest applies to North American Distributors and Franchisees only. Eligibility applies only to the route owners. Route employees are not eligible to win. Employees of Mac Tools / Stanley Black & Decker are not eligible to enter or win. Distributors and Franchisees must be present at time of drawing to win. Delivery of prizes may take up to 120 days from date of drawing. Winner will be responsible for taxes.
