SHINE is an interactive, up and moving around experience. Individuals will experience a fresh approach to Self-Assessment, take a hard look at his or her Habits, explore what it means to be in Integrity, articulate Next Right Steps, and take an Energy audit. This proven methodology for coaching will move individuals from just thinking about their future to actively engaging how to make their dreams for the future manifest in the present.
Nicole Greer, PPCC and Ann Starrette will share stories, testimonials and real time examples of how SHINE can change a life and the organizations people serve. Individuals lead at work, at home and in the community. Individuals need a structure to support their lives which ultimately impacts the greater community. Integrated into these stories are proven, time-tested, and smart actionable strategies everyone can use. Nicole and Ann speak directly in a group coaching format utilizing tools like Visual Explorer, Leadership Explorer, and the Path Element Profile in conjunction with 'The Art of Dialogue', a technique anyone can tuck away in their own leadership tool kit. Nicole and Ann use experientials, flip charts, and the collective genius in the room to ensure that learning is achieved.

SHINE is for the individual who knows that he or she can do more but feels limited by life's challenges with regard to time, money and energy. Each attendee with a dream to contribute his or her talents, gifts and life to his or her family, organization and the world in a powerful way should attend. SHINE identifies the obstacles that hold individuals back and gives attendees the strategies, systems and smarts to overcome those obstacles.

Nicole is on a mission to energize, impact and influence women to lead a more vibrant life through engaging what is possible and making it probable. Ann is on a mission to provide people a sacred place apart to tend their souls, stretch their minds, and free their spirits by providing spiritual growth workshops, retreats, and resources.
