New Year, New Teas Class

Offered by The Novel Tea, this class will explore some new tea tastes, steeping instruction and demonstration, tasting notes, recommendations of food pairings (and a few tasty treats to try in class). Teas include oolongs from Taiwan, a green and cherry from China, an Apricot Brandy black tea, and lots more! Come broaden your tea-taste buds!
