Central Jersey

“Drive Thru Job Fair”

 Dear Employer, 

You’re invited to be part of the first ever Central Jersey “Drive Thru Job Fair” on October 15, 2020. It’s totally new and, as always, there is NO COST to participate. It’s a very simple concept:

  • You do not attend in-person, there are no tables.
  • All you do is provide us with a 1-page list of your job opportunities (we need 500 copies by October 5th, please).
  • We’ll collate your job opportunities into a packet with all other Monmouth County employers.
  • On October 15th, job seekers will drive up to our location at Brookdale Community College and we will hand them a packet of Monmouth County job opportunities.


Monmouth, Middlesex and Ocean Counties will be promoting the Central Jersey Drive Thru Job fair together via targeted email blasts, social media, and public relations.

If you have available positions, you will need to provide 500 one-page recruitment flyers for your company. Your ONE PAGE document can be printed on one or both sides, 8.5x11" or a smaller size; however, only one page per company!   Again, you do not need to attend the event on October 15th.

What should you include in your flyer? Here are some suggestions:

o   Company name, location, logo, etc.

  • A list of available position(s) and brief job descriptions

o   How to apply (job seekers prefer a personal email address as opposed to a URL or job board address)

o   Details about company benefits /wages /unique factors

o   Include your Equal Opportunity statement

o   Contact information if a job seeker would like to reach out to your company (email, phone or both)
