We may want to eat in ways that are better for our well-being, our neighbors and our planet, but putting that into practice in our real everyday lives can be daunting.  Mindful Eating provides conversation space, resources and community support for changing the ways we think about, acquire, prepare and eat our food. Think of it as a book club, cooking class, support group, and supper club all rolled into one!  Or as some of our previous participants dubbed it, come experience "food church" where the body, mind, and soul all get fed.

`      The course explores a different theme each session through readings, activities, discussion and a shared meal that reflects the theme.

`      Participants are encouraged to examine their current food practices, to make small, incremental changes in their approach, and to share the joys and struggles of the experience.

Come to the table to share stories, conversation, and food as we explore together how to eat more mindfully.
