Community Resilience Conversation in The Time of COVID-19

There are few moments in our collective experience that have created such dramatic upheaval for so many people. COVID-19 has changed all of our lives and will be a benchmark for our culture moving forward. Resilience is needed now more than ever. Come join a community conversation about implementing resilience skills in order to help ourselves and those around us to survive and thrive through these challenging times.

This conversation will build on what we have learned from the 3 part Trauma and Resilience Basics webinars earlier this month. You are still encouraged to attend the conversation if you did not participate in the webinars.
