ACET 2019 Spring Conference - Exhibitors 

The ACET 2019 Spring Conference will be held at the Austin Renaissance Hotel, April 23-25. Exhibitors will be showing on Tuesday, April 23, 7:00am-6:30pm and Wednesday, April 24, 7:00am-3:15pm.  Exhibits will be set up in the Rio Grande Exhibit Hall in the Renaissance Hotel.  The cost of registration for exhibitors is $395 per booth space.

About the ACET Spring Conference:   The Spring Conference typically draws about 700-800 members on average each year with anywhere from 30-40 exhibitors in attendance.  About 80% of our conference attendees are Texas school district or Education Service Center  administrators who work with compensatory education programs like Title I, Title II, Title III, State Compensatory Education, or other programs under the umbrella of the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA).  The other 20% is comprised of campus administrators and various other school staff, including business office staff.  Our main partner in the conference is the Texas Education Agency which provides topics and speakers for most of our large general sessions and many of our smaller concurrent sessions.  School districts and Education Service Centers with best practice models provide the bulk of the concurrent sessions.  While the majority of our exhibitors represent education related products and services, we do also have a sprinkling of vendors who exhibit non-educational items (jewelry, candles, food, etc.)  As an exhibitor you have access to the ACET Exhibitor Guest Room Rate at the Austin Renaissance Hotel ($154 per night for a single). Also check our overflow hotels at www.acetx.org/hotel for special rates at area hotels as the Renaissance sells out quickly.  Your exhibitor registration also allows 2 exhibitor representatives to attend any of the ACET Conference events.

Exhibit Details
Exhibitors can reserve one (or more) booth space(s) which will be located in the Rio Grande Exhibit Hall at the Renaissance Hotel.  The $395 registration fee includes one 8' x 10' pipe and drape booth with two side chairs, one wastebasket and one company ID sign on the back drape.

Exhibitor Move-in: Monday, April 22, 1:00pm-6:00pm and Tuesday, April 23 from 6:00am-7:00am
Exhibits Open: Tuesday, April 23 from 7:00am-6:30pm, Wednseday, April 24 from 7:00am-3:15pm
Exhibitor Move-out: Wednesday, April 24, 3:15pm-5:00pm

Exhibitor Hospitality Hour and Door Prize Event: Tuesday, April 23 at the close of the last Concurrent Session.
