Founding Director, Dr. Peter Gillies, and student ambassadors will lead our tour.  We start with tastings of plant forward foods (i.e. burgers, spreads, desserts); a wall of living plants having nutritional & medicinal uses; a fitness center that measures human performance, and a working children's kitchen. Take home recipes.
