Friday, October 11, 2019 at Gray Plantation Golf Course. 

Registration at 11:30 AM -- Two Person Scramble with a Shotgun Start at 12:30 PM

$ 250 per 2 Person Team - Fee Covers Course, Cart, and Delicious Food & Drinks on Course 

Prizes awarded for:
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place - 2 flights

Families Helping Families of SWLA is a non-profit "one stop shop" Family Resource Center established in 1992, a 501(c) (3) that serves individuals with disabilities and their families in the Southwest Louisiana parishes of Allen, Beauregard, Calcasieu, Cameron, and Jefferson Davis area for all disABILITIES and all ages.  Our Tax ID Number is: 72-1202646.   

ALL Proceeds from the Tournament will benefit the programs of FHF SWLA including the Annual School Supply Drive for students with disabilities and the Next Chapter Book Clubs.
