ANPD Washington Above and Beyond Affiliate Award Nomination 

The ANPD WASHINGTON Above & Beyond Award is given to certified NPD Specialists in recognition of exemplary service to the ANPD WASHINGTON Affiliate. Recipients of this award demonstrate an attitude of excellence, teamwork, and go "Above and Beyond" the expectations of their role in the ANPDWA Affiliate.

The nomination should attest to the candidate’s contributions, which may include the following:

• Makes a significant contribution to the current work of ANPD WASHINGTON. Examples may include: a committee member accepting an extra assignment at the last moment, being the “go to person” who can answer questions about ANPD WASHINGTON, exhibits strong commitment in encouraging membership, certification, etc.
• Makes a positive impact on service excellence in the promotion of ANPD WASHINGTON in the community or the workplace. Examples may include: organizing NPD Celebration at workplace, organizing a fundraiser, volunteerism in the community, speaking at community groups on a topic, speaking to student nurses, etc.

Nominations are due by March 31, 2020. 

Winner will be announced in May, 2020.
