You spend hard earned money for your booth at our Bridal Show and it is important to us that this experience is a PROFITABLE one for you.  Bridal Shows give you the best opportunity to have a one-on-one conversation with a bride who is looking to book your type of service.  We value our vendors and want this experience to be a successful one for you.

Bride St. Louis LLC and our sponsors are giving one lucky couple a $10K Wedding Giveaway to plan their picture-perfect wedding.  (See official rules on our Web Site at CentralMoWeddingExpo.com.) This is one of many incentives that we are offering to bring in MORE COUPLES to our shows AND to have more couples BOOK at the show.  Every time they purchase a ticket for one of our events, they receive an entry into the $10K Wedding Giveaway.  If a bride or groom makes a purchase, or within 30 DAYS of the show, writes a contract for any product or service $500+, they receive an additional 10 entries into the $10K Wedding Giveaway.

When you register you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Single Booth Exhibit space includes an 8' or 8' wide booth with rear pipe & drape.  Double Booth Exhibit space includes a 16’ booth with a 16' rear pipe & drape.  Booth depth will vary with location of bridal show, and is generally not as deep as convention type shows.  Please plan for about 4' depth.   Side rails are not included.  Electric Service is included at most events and will be available in aisle.  You are responsible for bringing necessary adaptors and extension cords.  If WIFI and Bluetooth are available, we will provide access code and passwords.  We do not provide carts for transport of your merchandise.  However, we will offer Valet LOAD in.  All food and liquor vendors must conform to host venue rules. CentralMoWedding Expo, a division of Bride St. Louis LLC reserves the right to reject or prohibit any vendor which is not suitable in keeping with the character and nature of the mission - to promote the use and sale of products and services of the bridal and related industries.  Central Missouri Wedding Expo does reserve the right to limit and refuse vendor registration by category of service or product.  Vendor agrees to maintain at its own expense liability insurance, and be liable for any damage to building and exhibitor space.  Central Missouri Wedding Expo, a division of Bride St. Louis LLC, assumes no risk and the Vendor releases Central Missouri Wedding Expo and Bride St. Louis LLC from any and all liability which may arise from participating in the bridal show.  Vendor will display only within his booth area and comply with safety codes in effect. Excessive noise is prohibited.  Only one vendor business per booth is allowed. There are no refunds for any reason.  All fees are due and payable, unless cancelled two weeks prior to the show date in writing to reservations@CentralMOWeddingExpo.com. In the event of severe weather or public safety concerns, it will be at the discretion of Central Missouri Wedding Expo to reschedule the show.  Vendor’s registration can be moved to any other show in the same calendar year if notified in writing within 2 weeks of the scheduled show.  If you do not show up to participate in the show you registered for, and have not made rescheduled arrangements in writing a minimum of two weeks prior to the show, you will be responsible for full payment of vendor space.  Payment in full is required to participant in any show unless prior arrangements are made.  If, for any reason beyond the control of Central Misouri Wedding Expo and Bride St. Louis LLC, the Bridal Event is not held, Central Missouri Wedding Expo may retain an amount paid by Vendor as is necessary to cover expenses already incurred by Central Missouri Wedding Expo. If you sell merchandise from your booth, it is vendor’s responsibility to collect and to pay tax collected.  Set up Instructions will be sent out approximately one week prior to the show.  Permission Based Attendee List is confidential information and may NOT be shared, bartered, or given to others.  It may be used only by the Registering Show Vendor. Vendor assume all responsibility for accidents, injuries or damage to person or property and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Central Missouri Wedding Expo, a division of Bride St Louis LLC.
