Spring Forest Qigong Level II      

Dear Friends & Spring Forest Qigong Students,

If you've taken SFQ Level I, either via self-study or by attending a class, then you're ready to step up to the next level! 

Level II will  reinforce what you've learned, even if you only recently started doing Level I.  Level I focused on how to increase your own internal energy to improve your health. Level II is focused on medical qigong and healing others. In addition, it will give you advanced skills for cultivating universal energy and protecting your own energy - including a lifesaving technique. 

In Level II, you'll learn specific techniques to help others heal many common health problems.  You'll learn how to scan the body to find energy blockages, practice Sword Fingers to clear energy blockages and Thunder Palms to send out energy to help others.

Level II includes:

1. Five Keys for Successful Qigong Healing

2. Step-by-Step Healing Process

3. Detecting and Clearing Blockages

4. The Body's Five Energy Systems

5. Use of Colors for Healing

6. Addressing Specific Problems: (head, neck & shoulders, lungs, heart, liver, kidneys, breasts, diabetes, blood pressure, cholestorol, heart attack, constipation, diarrhea, digestion, cold, flu, fever, sinus, asthma, emphysema, pregnancy, menstruation, arthritis, addiction)

7. Level II Active Exercises (sword fingers, thunder palms, ten thousand hands, cloud hands)

This is a two-day workshop and is on Saturday August 3rd from 8:30 am to 4:30pm and Sunday August 4th from 8:30am to 12:30pm.  12 CEU/PDA credits will be awarded upon completion.

Cost: $150 for workshop (normally $245); $20 for Level II manual and $35 for Level II DVD.
