Substantive Legal Skills:  Litigation Focus

This Boot Camp will gather panels of HYLA members from big, medium, and small firms to focus on specific litigation sills, such as how to draft a legal research memorandum, how to take/defend a deposition, how to handle lay/expert witnesses, how to impeach a witness, how to prepare for oral argument, how to prepare for trial, and more.   

With a networking happy hour immediately following the program.   2 hours of MCLE credit, including .75 ethics

Cost: $10 for HYLA Members; $40 for Non-HYLA Members.  No Refunds.
