Leadership and Service After Hurricane Harvey

Please join us for an evening honoring some of our city’s heroes in the wake of Hurricane Harvey last fall. Jim “Mattress Mack” McIngvale will speak on leadership in times of crisis and the importance of community service. Mayor Sylvester Turner will provide introductory remarks.  

Drinks and hors d'oeuvres from 6 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and presentation to follow.  

Also, the Houston Heroes JJ Watts and Deshaun Watson, along with other Houston Texans teammates have donated an autograph football that we will be raffling off that evening.  

Proceeds from the raffle and event will benefit Baker Ripley, a nonprofit organization providing long-term disaster relief resources to those affected by the hurricane and related flooding.

1 hour of MCLE, no ethics.

$25 for HYLA Members; $40 for non-members.  No Refunds
