HMFA Hosts 2nd Tranche CDBG-DR Funding Information Session - Tuesday, May 13, 2014

Developers, Housing Advocates and Partners,

 It is anticipated that up to $190 million will be allocated to the Fund for the Restoration of Multifamily Housing (FRM) and $25 million will be allocated to the Sandy Special Needs Housing Fund under the 7th amendment of the Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery Plan (CDBG-DR).  

We invite you to join us for an informational session on May 13, 2014 at the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency in Trenton, NJ to learn about the proposed guideline changes to these programs.
