New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency is pleased to sponsor a 3-day Tax Credit Compliance Certification Course and Exam to be held October 19-21, 2016.
Attendance is strongly suggested. Successful completion of this course and examination by the staff person responsible for verification of tenant income satisfies the QAP requirement for tax credit properties.
Note: **Failure to meet this requirement will result in a delay and/or non-issuance of the IRS Form 8609**
- Course Dates: Weds., Oct. 19 and Thurs., Oct. 20, 2016
- Course Time: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day
- HCCP Exam Date: Fri., Oct. 21, 2016
- HCCP Exam Time: 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

REFUND POLICY
All refund requests must be received in writing and postmarked no later than 10/7/16. An administrative fee of $25 will apply per cancellation. No refunds will be given after this date. All cancellations should be sent to the attention of Johanna Peņa.
