Salem Health Case Management Vendor Fair 

We have been asked to move the date of the event to allow for higher attendance by the Case Management of Salem Health. The Case Management department is in the process of hiring additional staff at this time, and will have increased staffing levels in October. We feel that the lunch time frame and later date will offer more flexibility for more case managers and social workers and allow more time to attend the event.
The new date and time will be… October 23, 10:30am-1:30pm

Purpose of Event

A win-win-win event...

• Vendors/Providers have the opportunity to network with Hospital Case Managers, Social Workers and Discharge Planning support staff.

• Hospital staff are able to gather resource information, while obtaining Continuing Education Credits.

• Proceeds from the booth fees will be used to support low income patients in need.

CEU's: 2 CEU credits have been approved by CCMC for Case Managers and this is an approved body for Oregon Social Workers

Registration Fees:

$200 for Marketing only (1/2 table)

$100 for CEU poster presentors & Marketing (1/2 table)

$25 for Community Resource Table (Brochures only on shared table)
