2014 Resource Fairs
September 17th (11:30am-1:30pm)

 

In December we hosted the first Resource Fair at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center. The event was a success, but it was challenging to connect with so many people in such a short amount of time. This year we plan to hold 3 different events, but limiting the number of venbdors to allow for better interaction with Case Management Staff. Each participating company may select- only one date:

September 17 (11:30am-1:30pm)
December 18 (this date has been postponed)

Purpose of Event

A win-win-win event...

• Vendors/Providers have the opportunity to network with Hospital Case Managers, Social Workers and Discharge Planning support staff.
  
  
• Hospital staff are able to gather resource information, while obtaining Continuing Education Credits.

• Proceeds from the booth fees will be used to support low income patients in need.

CEU's: 2 CEU credits have been approved by CCMC for Case Managers and this is an approved body for Oregon Social Workers
 

Resource Fair Agenda*

11 - 11:30am Set-up, Vendors arrive at 10 

11:30am State of the Union, by Case Management Staff

11:30am - 1:30pm Event, Vendor Fair (lunch provided for hospital staff)

*Please note that for the December 18th event set-up will be from 12:30-1pm, and the event itself will be from 1-3pm.

Deadlines: CEU posters are due 30 days prior to event.

  *if you print your own poster or have one already, you may deduct -$75

• Community Resource table (shared table with brochures only) $10
