2016 Festival of Trees Senior Day 

We want to invite you to join the Douglas County Senior Resource Coalition for Mercy Foundation’s "The Festival of Trees - Senior Day!" The event will be on Friday, December 2, 2016 from 9am to 2pm at Seven Feathers Convention Center.

This is a great outreach event and we encourage all of you to promote the day with your customers and clients. 

Mercy Foundation has generously given the Douglas County Senior Resource Coalition an opportunity to share information about the community resources with Douglas County's Senior population at the Festival of Trees Senior Day.  

This event provides an elegant and unique setting to bring seniors throughout the county to view the trees, and learn about the various services available. We are inviting you to have a presence at this fun event and share what unique services you offer to seniors.

The event organizers are providing tables in the Seven Feathers Ballroom where the event take place. You will want to provide a tablecloth for your table.

There is no cost to participate, but we do ask that you provide a door prize (value of at least $25) and register. Each senior attending receives a raffle ticket and door prizes will be given out throughout the day.

We just ask that you register your company by November 14th. Companies not registered prior to November 14th will not be guaranteed a vendor spot.
