Purpose of Event

A win-win event...

• Vendors/Providers have the opportunity to network with Hospital Case Managers, Social Workers and Discharge Planning support staff.

• Hospital staff are able to gather resource information, while obtaining Continuing Education Credits.

• Proceeds from the booth fees will be used to support low income patients in need.

11am Set-up, Vendors arrive no earlier than 10:45 for material unload 

11:30am - 1:30pm Event, Vendor Fair

1:30pm Door prizes and Vendor break down
