Jody will begin the July 18th Lunch & Learn by talking about another "P" - Probing. She'll explore the right questions to ask new clients in the initial phone call and the first meeting to help you clearly figure out if they are the right client and whether you will make money. There is an art to closing the sale and securing their business that Jody will also discuss.

This first part will be followed by lunch. Lunch will be a great opportunity to talk with fellow attendees and share news from the New England design industry.

In the third part of this event, Jody will retake the floor to talk about pricing. She touched on this topic in the May 30th event but will go deeper into the subject and include a blind survey to help individuals assess whether they should rethink their personal pricing models for greater financial success. How you price and mark up are keystones to how much money you make!
