Fund for Women & Girls Annual Luncheon

Our Annual Luncheon is a celebration of making a difference for thousands of women and girls throughout Fairfield  County. Attendees will learn about our work, its impact and also hear from women who have benefited from our support.

This highly-anticipated annual event attracts more than 700 enthusiastic friends and supporters from Connecticut and beyond.

Keynote speakers have included the late Dr. Maya Angelou, Geena Davis, Dr. Madeleine Albright, Soledad O’Brien, and Gloria Steinem. This year our Luncheon features Andrea Jung, former CEO of Avon Products and current President and CEO of Garmeen America.

Net proceeds from the Luncheon will support the Family Economic Security Program (FESP) at Housatonic Community College. Built on the successful pilot program at Norwalk Community College, FESP will ensure that 400 low-income students, over a four year period, persist, graduate and move into family-sustaining employment.
