About the webinar:
Over the first half of 2016, The Insulation Institute conducted quantitative and qualitative research to better understand the U.S. HERS Rater community. Their findings included their focus areas with builders, how they best receive and communicate needed information, and what the typical professional experience is of a Rater. The Institute also received more detailed insights including defining who Raters are as a group and what their top frustrations are in working with builders and subs.
To help NCBPA member companies better work with their rating peers or develop their own careers as Raters, Jordan Doria of The Insulation Institute will share their new market research on the personalities, priorities and pain points of HERS Raters across the U.S.

About the Presenter:
Jordan Doria came on board as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications for NAIMA in January of 2015. Prior to joining NAIMA, Mr. Doria spent over four years as Manager of Stakeholder Engagement for Ingersoll Rand’s Center for Energy Efficiency and Sustainability, working to support public policy on issues related to building codes, energy efficiency and standards. He is also the former Government Relations Manager of the Air-Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Institute
