This 9 day retreat will be a chance to relax, refresh, rejuvenate and renew, to connect with your community of fellow students and deepen your practice during a 9 day & 9 night stay at the beautiful Aegialis Hotel and Spa in Aegiali on the island of Amorgos in Greece.   Aegialis Hotel & Spa

Accommodation: All rooms have a balcony with a splendid view where you can enjoy breakfast and the sunset.  Handmade furniture, 32’’ flat screen TV,  free cable high speed internet, Wi-Fi, info TV in the bathroom, glass cabin shower, bathrobes & pool towels,  digital safe and a lot of other exciting gadgets.  Some rooms have additional ammenities like in room jacuzzi.  Please visit: www.amorgos-aegialis.com to view individual accommodation options.

Meals: All meals are included in the cost of the retreat fee.  This includes a Greek-American breakfast with Amorgian specialties and organic vegetables grown in the hotel's own garden, served on buffet every morning. Dinner on Friday, July 3rd, lunch and dinner from Saturday, July 4th to Saturday, July 11th and lunch on Sunday, July 12th.  There will be Vegetarian and Vegan options at lunch and dinner.

Yoga Program: The retreat will include an optional morning pranayama and meditation practice to start the day and build the digestive fire, strong mid-morning daily Integrated Vinyasa Yoga classes with lots of focus on concentration and surrender to the breath and an optional evening yoga nidra practice to prepare for a good night's sleep. 

Excursions & Activities:  Additional excursions and activities are available at the Aegialis Hotel & Spa and include: Guided Hiking, an Island Tour, Snorkeling, Wine Tasting & Cooking Demo, Greek Dancing Classes, Potter Classes and a Tour of the Aegiali Villages.

Spa & Amenities: With this retreat package you receive a complimentary 35 minute Aromatherapy massage. Additional Spa Treatments may be purchased for an additional fee.  Free amenities at the Spa include: Sauna, Hammam, Jacuzzi, Indoor and Outdoor Sea Water Swimming Pool and Fitness Center.  

Additional: There will be lots of free time to: swim, read, journal, or simply do nothing at all. 

Travel: You are responsible for booking your own travel to and from the Aegialis Hotel & Spa.  Flying into Athens International Airport you will travel by ferry to and from the island of Amorgos.  You may choose to book a tour of Athens or additonal stay in Athens upon arrival or prior to departure.  Please coordinate your ferry booking to the island of Amorgos and arrange an additional tour of Athens or hotel accommodation in Athens through the Aegialis Hotel & Spa.  The Aegialis Hotel & Spa can also assist you with booking your flight to Athens as they have a full functioning travel agency in-house.

Itinerary: Our retreat itinerary will begin with an opening ceremony, in the evening, on Saturday, July 4th and will end with a closing a closing ceremony, in the evening, on Friday, July 10th.  This will allow plenty of time and several options when organizing your travel to and from the hotel.

Additional Important Information:

- A $500 Non Refundable Deposit Holds Your Space.  **This deposit is fully refundable if for some reason this retreat is canceled.  We will also try to refund your deposit if you need to cancel your retreat and we can find someone to take your place.**  

- Early Bird Pricing reflects Full Payment received no later than January 1st - 2015.  Full payment must be received on or before May 1st - 2015 or an additional $200 late fee will apply to your booking.  

- Non Yogi Guests may attend this retreat and will receive a $300 refund on their retreat fee as long as they are accompanying a yoga student who has signed up and will be attending this retreat.  Non Yogi Guests may not participate in the yoga program offered on the retreat or they will be required to pay full price.  

- We have limited space.  It is recommended that you sign up early and reserve your space before we sell out.  We have the option to book additional rooms at the hotel but there is no guarantee that these rooms will be available.
