Mud Hen 5K

Online Registration for the Mud Hen 5K is now CLOSED.

Walk-Up Registration will be availble Saturday Morning from 9:00-9:45am.

The Mud Hen 5K, a Longmont fun run tradition started by the City of Longmont's Recreation Services 8 years ago, will now benefit Habitat for Humanity of the St. Vrain Valley! 

Habitat is extremely grateful for the opportunity to be involved in the continuation of this great community run. Our intention is to do everything possible to ensure the experience for the participants is identical to what they have come to expect from past runs and appreciate that the proceeds will serve to give more low income families a homeownership opportunity with Habitat's program.

Come enjoy the beautiful view of Longs Peak and all the wildlife around McIntosh Lake! The race will start at Dawson Park on Lakeshore Drive, the south side of the Lake and run clockwise along the path around the lake, finishing near the tennis courts. T-shirts are included in the price of registration and prizes will be awarded to the top Male finisher, Female finisher, and the top finisher of each age group.
