2019 Harrisonburg-Rockingham Bike Walk Summit 

The Shenandoah Valley Bicycle Coalition (SVBC) and the Harrisonburg-Rockingham Metropolitan Planning Organization (HRMPO), in partnership with the City of Harrisonburg and Rockingham County, announce the Summit Theme and Keynote Speaker for the 2019 Harrisonburg & Rockingham Bike-Walk Summit.

This year's theme is "Harnessing New Mobility to Build Better Communities," with a keynote address from Colin Hughes, Policy Manager for JUMP Bikes.  Colin previously spent over six years working with the Institute for Transportation and Development Policy on cutting-edge sustainable transport planning in over 30 countries.
