Enjoy a walking tour around the farm as you collect the ingredients needed to create a Farm to Table meal. Return to the cookout area and learn to create grilled veggie Korean BBQ Tacos with Roasted Corn Salsa, Sesame Coleslaw, and Creamy Sesame Sriracha Sauce. This class will be led by Chef Joni Newman, author of ten cookbooks, and Chef Jim Gibbons, Executive Hotel Chef from Arizona!
Cost is $30 per person (children under 2 are free) and includes a limited edition Sanrio and Friends Tanaka Farms reusable shopping bag, freshly harvested vegetables to take home, cooking class, recipe sheet, and lunch at the end of class.
Please note, you will be walking and harvesting vegetables on a real working farm, so dress accordingly. Wear close toed and comfortable walking shoes that you don't mind getting dirty, possibly even muddy. There is no shade in the fields, so sunscreen and hats are recommended.
