Dear Pastors, Superintendents and Christian Education Directors:

Greetings in the matchless name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

We are excitedly preparing for our upcoming 88th Annual One-Day Retreat being held on Monday, February 17, 2020 in Saratoga Springs, New York. Our prayer is that you share in our excitement as we are looking forward to a great fellowship and an awesome learning and worship experience.

Enclosed you will find a Church Registration Form and our One-Day Retreat Brochure which provides information regarding the course offerings for all divisions at our Retreat. In addition to the normal classes, we will also be offering the following special workshop:

Dean Workshop - #2097 Rethinking Christian Education (Special Certificate Course) - Sunday, February 16, 2020 6:00 p.m. -9:00 p.m., Monday, February 17, 2020 9 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. & 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

All adult division and workshop classes will be held at the Saratoga Springs City Center, while all Children’s classes will be held at the Holiday Inn Hotel, and the Youth and Bridge classes will be held at a local high school. Please note that parents must pick up their children from the Youth and Young People’s division by 2:00 pm. Additional class and retreat information can be found on the brochure included with this letter.

Additionally, Hotel lodging reservations must be made using the Convention’s Hotel Reservation Online Service or through the appropriate Housing Coordinator for your region. The deadline for all hotel reservations is January 18, 2020.
