Implementing Music Care in Continuing Care

On behalf of the Institute for Continuing Care Education & Research, please join us to discuss implementing music care in Supportive Living and Long-Term Care.

We will be discussing issues related to implementing music care in continuing care, including identifying key decisions that need to be made before implementation can take place. We will look at what music care programs currently exist and what the various barriers may be. Speakers will discuss music care programming in their respective organizations, including why they chose the program, what issues/challenges they have faced, and how they have overcome these barriers.

This event will be held in-person at the Edmonton Clinic Health Academy (ECHA), room 2-140 and room 10331A at the Rockyview General Hospital (RGH) in Calgary. Refreshments will be served to those attending in-person at Edmonton Clinic Health Academy and in room 10331A at the Rockyview. Registration is also available to attend via video or teleconference on the VC Scheduler.

This event is free for staff of ICCER member organizations*. A $25 registration fee is required for non-ICCER members to attend this event in-person at ECHA and RGH. Please check the ICCER member list at the bottom of the page before registering as a member or non-member! There is no charge to attend via video or teleconference.
