•Led the annual financial planning for all variable cost activities across 4 sites, drove VCP projects through the DAMIC process.
•2003-2011: Plant Manager
•Led two sites that were delivering high precision, process sensitive and high value components to our CT customers.
•2011: Chief Engineer for Manufacturing Technology for GE Healthcare Global Supply Chain
•Drive a strategy for the adoption and deployment of various manufacturing technologies  across our +70  global sites.  The major technologies of interests are:  Additive, Augmented Reality, Advanced Adhesives, CoBots/Automation, Inspection Technology and Electronics.

Mr. Beacham's presentation will be a product introduction and then we will tour the production lines where we will get an overview of how CT Scanners, PET Imagers, and X-Ray components are designed and manufactured.

The second part of the evening will be a tour of the Advanced Manufacturing Technology Center, where we will see a variety of new technologies including inspection, collaborative automation, augmented reality, digital manufacturing and additive manufacturing.
