Holiday Concert 

Sponsorship Opportunities

We are offering 3 levels of sponsorships:

1. MAIN PRESENTING SPONSORS- $2,500.00

• There will be ONLY six offered– one in each of the categories of claimant’s firm, defense firm, mediation firm (sold), physicians (sold), rehab/case management (sold), and facility based rehabilitation.
• Organized Labor Presenting Sponsor opportunities are also available.
• Each Presenting Sponsor will have the opportunity to prepare a 30 - 45 second "Happy Holidays / Kids' Chance Video" which will precede a musical segment.
• A Full Page add will be inserted at either the beginning or end of the video.
• Presenting Sponsors will be specifically identified by MC Jerry Farber and get about 8 - 10 minutes each of video advertising / streaming during the concert.
• The Presenting Sponsors will be identified in our "Kids' Chance Holiday Concert Promo" which will be shown on Facebook all 4 days before Holiday Concert.

2. GOLD LEVEL SPONSORS $1000.00

• Each Gold Level Sponsor will have a full page ad inserted at the end of the program,
• Advertising / streaming during concert
• End of show Acknowledgement 

3. SILVER LEVEL SPONSORS $500.00

• Each Silver Level Sponsor will have a half page ad inserted at the end of the program,
• End of show acknowledgement
