2-hour VIRTUAL sessions through Microsoft Teams will be held monthly on Saturday mornings.

  • Saturday, June 6th, 2020 @ 11 am - 1 pm

More session dates will be added on an ongoing basis.

FOCUS:

The path to becoming pregnant isn't always linear and straightforward. In such cases, it's not uncommon to experience emotional highs and lows and the difficult feeling of not being in control. But one thing you can impact is your body and mind. These sessions will highlight nutritional habits that can negatively impact fertility, as well as practical tips on how to include fertility-enhancing foods and nutrients into your diet. Finally, participants will learn research-based psychological strategies on how to cope with stressors.
