Friendly Yoga for Tweens/Teens (ages 10-14): Wednesdays, 3:30-5:00, 5/2 through 6/6

Calling tweens and younger teens! Get ready to learn new yoga postures and and "flows," incorporating popular music, games, partner poses, and plenty of supportive social interaction. We'll also learn more about breath work and enjoyable relaxation techniques, including drawing, journaling, and creative visualization.
