The Meet Your Farmer Dinner Series is a wonderful way to really meet your local farmers!

Meet Your Farmer dinners consist of a locally sourced, gourmet meal hosted by and prepared by rotating local restaurants. During dinner you will be treated to a presentation by the evening's featured farmer.

About Barrio: Barrio is a Latin inspired restaurant serving lunch, dinner and happy hour in downtown Bend, Oregon. Here, you'll find bold, flavorful food, craft cocktails, daily specials, and friendly, approachable, service. 

About Pioneer Ranch:  When we started in 2015, we began trying various ways of using local brewing byproducts and distiller’s grains to naturally and humanely raise our animals, and found these products improved the flavor and quality of the finished product. 

In addition to the brewing by-products, we use high quality grains, and steer clear of GMOs, antibiotics, and hormones. We also use an extended finishing period to enhance the marbling and tenderness. This allows us to bring you the best flavor and quality meat at an affordable price.

We care about the environment and our community, so we’re thrilled to utilize the natural byproducts of our neighbors in an eco-friendly and economically beneficial way.
