REFUNDS and CANCELLATION

Book and pay on line - if you cancel more than three full days before the event, (by acknowledged e mail to Rosie) then you can receive a refund - refunds will be made in the 10 days following the meeting.

Those booking to pay on the door who do not show or cancel within three full days of the event will be invoiced without exception for the full on door fee.
