MHSA invites you to exhibit/sponsor/advertise at our 27th Annual Early Childhood Training Conference at the Sheraton Ann Arbor Hotel on March 8 & 9, 2018.

Head Start Programs from all accross Michigan! 

The Michigan Head Start Association is again hosting the largest Head Start Conference in Michigan. More than 350 attendees are expected to gather in Ann Arbor to attend this educational event. MHSA represents Head Start agencies statewide. Meet the people you've been trying to reach! Provide opportunities for attendees to experience your products and services firsthand!

Exhibitors are very popular at Head Start trainings and events, and a limited number ensures a more exclusive and personal audience with our attendees. Be sure to submit your form early to reserve your space.

On a budget? Very reasonably priced space!

A 7'x10' space and a skirted table and a listing in the on-site program will cost you just $400! If you have your materials shipped, there's no additional charge for delivering your packages to the exhibit space, and no additional charge for storage if you ship it to Sheraton Ann Arbor Hotel and it arrives within 48 hours of the scheduled event.

We will include a description of your company in the on-site program at no extra charge.

Exhibitor
Fee Includes:
- 1 skirted 6 ft. table
- 1 Confererence Registration (all meals included for 1 attendee) per paid table
- Acknowledgement in event program with company name and logo

Extra Items (i.e. table, attendee, electrical outlet) may be added in registration for an additional cost.

Exhibit Schedule
Set Up: Wednesday, March 7 from 7:00-9:00pm
Open: Thursday, March 8, from 7:30am-5:00pm and Friday, March 9, 7:30am-12:00pm
Tear Down: Friday, March 9 from 1:00-2:00pm

Sponsorship
MHSA offers a number of event sponsorship opportunities, which will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.

All sponsors will receive the following benefits:
- Acknowledgement of Sponsorship in Conference Program
- Inclusion of Sponsor's Promotional Materials in Conference Bag
- Complimentary Exhibit Space (Includes 1 skirted table in the exhibit area)
- All meals included for 1 attendee  
- Verbal Acknowledgement at Sponsored Event

Sponsors will need to email a program-ready advertisement (JPEG format is preferred) to Michelle Rittenhouse, michelle@michheadstart.org by Wednesday, February 7, 2018.

Promotional Material must be received at MHSA by Friday, February 23, 2018 to be included in Conference Bag.
