The annual Virginia PTA Meeting is an essential gathering for our local PTA units, leaders in education, and a growing support network, all which have the health, education, and very best welfare of our many Virginia children in mind.

During our meeting time you will be able to:

• Choose from over 16 workshops developed specifically for this Meeting on subjects that matter to YOU - in Building Strong Leaders; Community and Student Connections; Advocacy & Hot Topics; and PTA Beyond Good Standing.
• Follow Workshops that train and strengthen PTA leaders to be a voice for all children
• Listen to guest speakers talk about children’s education, health and safety
• Network with other local PTA members to share ideas and get answers to all of your questions
• Learn about PTA programs
• Get questions about advocacy answered
• Hear more about the essential building blocks that a PTA can use to support your schools
• Learn new ways to incorporate diversity and inclusion
• Get some great tips on communicating with and engaging your membership
• Take with you an abundance of tips & tricks that can be applied as soon as you head home

Get Ready for the Annual Meeting:

• Share the details with your board members. Send a delegate!
• Check your membership-approved PTA budget to make sure there is a line item for training. Don’t forget to include training in your budget.

REFUND POLICY:

Refunds will not be given if you are unable to attend. You may transfer your registration to someone else.
