Competitive Midget AA Tournament

Welcome and thank you for your interest in the Banff Hockey Academy's 25th Annual Spring Classic Tournament. We expect the event to be full at 8 teams this year with a very diverse representation from across Canada.

The event is a three game guarantee in a round robin format. Advancing teams can expect to play 4-5 games.

The event starts at 8:00 AM on Friday, March 22, 2019 and the last game will be played on Sunday, March 24, 2019 between 2-3 PM.

GAME FORMAT & SCHEDULE

Teams are expected to be ready to play on Friday, March 22nd at 8:00 AM.

Each game will consist of 3-20 minute periods as follows:

• Warm-Up-5 minutes
• 1st period-20 minutes running time
• 2nd period-20 minutes stop time
• Ice Clean
• 3rd period-20 minutes stop time (No ties, all games must end with a winner)
• Ice Clean
