Nonprofit Day at Denio's

Most Frequently Asked Questions

Where and how do I check in?  On Sunday, April 29th, please arrive no later than 9:00am, the event begins at 10am.  Participants will be provided with a parking pass and a map of where to check-in.  You will hand the parking pass to the gate attendant at the Main Entrance.  You will check-in at R02, please see the map below showing this location.

Can I drive my vehicle to the space?  Denio’s will be escorting all participants to their space in the morning and escorting out at the end of the event.  No vehicles may be driven without an escort into or out of the selling area.

What is the approximate space size?  Each space size is approximately 10x10.

What if I have more than one vehicle?  Additional vehicles are welcome, however, only one parking pass is being provided to you.   The parking pass will be in the confirmation email you receive after registering. Additional vehicles will be charged the parking fee of $4.00.

What if I don’t need my vehicle?  No problem, we have plenty of parking, once you find a parking space, please proceed to R02, please locate R02 on the market map below.

Do you provide tables and chairs?  No we do not provide tables and chairs.  Please plan on bringing your own.

Can I bring a sun-shelter and is there electricity?  You are welcome to bring a sun-shelter for this event, however, all legs must be weighted down so that no movement occurs.  If weather permits and for safety reasons, Denio’s may require all tents be taken down at any time.  Electricity is not available.

Can I use a P.A. System?  Please do not bring or utilize any sound amplifying equipment.

Do I have to stay until 3:00pm?  Yes, at the end of the event vehicles will be allowed into the selling area.

Can I bring a Pet?  We love all Pets!  However, we encourage you to leave them at home.  Of course, service animals assisting you are welcome!  Animals should never be left unattended in vehicles.
