Join Telligen Quality Innovation Network-Quality Improvement Organization (QIN-QIO) and Home Health Quality Improvement Campaign (HHQI) to learn about our networks and quality improvement initiatives.
Telligen QIN is engaging Home Health Agencies in Learning and Action Networks (LANs) focused on quality improvement initiatives. The network will serve as information hubs for learning, collaborating and elevating the voice of the patient to improve patient outcomes and readmissions. LANs engage healthcare leaders around an action based agenda for sustainable network activity and progress.
Home Health Quality Improvement Campaign (HHQI) will join us to discuss HHQI initiatives and the Home Health Agency proposed Conditions of Participation.
