PKS Kids Face2Face 2018 

We are so excited to be hosting our 7th biennial family and medical conference!

We are hosting Face2Face at the Great Wolf Lodge in Bloomington, MN.  Rooms are $194.00 + tax, fees and optional breakfast per night.  

• Rooms must be reserved by June 1, 2018. (Rooms at above rate only available until block is full---after that, normal hotel prices will apply)  
• Event registrations are due by June 1, 2018. 

 NO LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

• Reserve your hotel room by using  this link.  This link is only good for reservations Thursday-Sunday.   To add other days, please call 1-866-954-9653 after making your initial reservation.
• You must identify yourself as a member of the PKS group with Reservation #1807PKSK.  
• The group rate is available 3 days before and 3 days after the event based on availability.  
• If you want to add breakfast (at reduced rate of $10.00 per person per day) to your reservation (Friday and Saturday will be covered by PKS Kids) you must do it at the time of reserving your room.
• If the block of rooms are booked, or you wish to explore other hotel options nearby, there are dozens within the area – just search for hotels near Mall of America!

Below is our basic schedule for the weekend. The complete schedule of events for this year's conference will be emailed to you as we get closer to the event.

*PKS Kids will be covering dinner on Thursday and Saturday night, lunch on Friday and breakfast on Friday and Saturday morning.

ALSO, PKS Kids will be granting $200 to each family to help with conference travel expenses.

*PKS Kids is glad to pay for the above meals for you and your family.  If more than two adults are attending, however, we will charge for those additional adults, and any children outside of your immediate family. You will be asked to note this on the registration page.  (The fee listed is per meal, per person.)

Also, please note, children 10 and under will not be allowed in the presentation room during speaker time.  Childcare will be provided as it has been in the past.
