Mark Schachter is a Managing Partner of Elm Park. Previously, he was a Portfolio Manager with HBK Capital Management where he was responsible for the firm's North American private credit activities. His responsibilities included corporate credit investments with a primary focus on middle-market lending and other special situation investment opportunities. Prior to HBK, Mark worked for American Capital, a middle-market private equity and mezzanine firm and in investment banking division of Credit Suisse Group / Donaldson Lufkin and Jenrette. Mark received a B.A. in Business Administration from the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School's Program for Leadership Development. He serves on the board of directors and is a member of the audit committee of Adecoagro S.A. (NYSE: AGRO). 

Kyle Goss is a Managing Director at Elm Park and is responsible for investment origination and evaluation. Previously, he was with HBK Capital Management.  Prior to HBK, he worked in the Specialty Lending Group at Goldman Sachs, where he focused on middle-market corporate credit investments across a broad range of industries. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Kyle began his career in the investment banking division of Wachovia Securities. Kyle received a B.B.A. in Finance and a B.A. with Honors in History from Southern Methodist University, where he was a Hunt Scholar.
