Tri-Valley Nonprofit Alliance
presents

"Building a Path to Organization Stability"

Thursday, February 8, 2018
10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Join TVNPA in wecloming Dr. Lydia Hughes-Evans from Pure Momentum Consulting and shift your organization's mindset from poverty to abundance through assessment, reflection and transformation.

The nonprofit industry is often under fire from funding constraints, staffing shortages and the ever-contagious “nonprofit crisis mode.” How do we find the way back to a sense of stability, clarity and control as we strive to be able to carry out our extraordinary visions and achieve our missions most effectively?

Dr. Lydia Hughes-Evans will outline some of the key factors that lead to nonprofit crises or dysfucntion. She will illustrate how to create, implement and evaluate a strategic plan with an emphasis on practicing succession planning and building sustainable boards.
