Changes in how we interact with our environment and each other requires more focused engagement and micro-connections with targeted groups to achieve successful change. By utilizing Agile practices and combining them with Organizational Change Management, anyone can accomplish Speed of Adoption. To realize the value promised by most transformation projects, technology or otherwise, it is time to shift how we think about and execute Organizational Change Management. In this dynamic, peer-driven dialogue, we’ll learn from each other about how to effect change, speed adoption and forge the human capital connections necessary to realize lasting and transformative organizational change.
Presenters
Robyn Sabsevitz is a Director at Envision Business Consulting and has 18 years of experience in leading and supporting projects for business functions, including I.T., H.R., Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering and R&D. As a former Change Management Director at a Fortune 500 company and an Agile Practitioner for the last 10 years, she has a unique perspective on how Agile Change Management techniques and practices can help drive higher levels of engagement and more rapid adoption so that business results are realized with limited productivity impacts. Robyn is a member of the Scrum Alliance and currently sits on board for the Association of Change Management (ACMP), Midwest Chapter.
Laura Buuck is a Consultant at Envision Business Consulting and has four years Change Management experience, ranging from large scale ERP implementations and organization transformation initiatives in Fortune 500 companies, to start-up nonprofit strategy and design. She is currently pursuing her ScrumMaster certification and is a leader in Envision’s Change Management Community of Practice for Agile offerings.
