Is your business ready to transition from start-up mode to growth mode? Have your sales declined because you have been too busy to develop and implement a strategy for growth?

"Simple Steps for Growing Your Business" was developed just for you by SCORE and American Express Open! This new program provides a fast, low cost, and effective approach to developing a customized strategy and a plan to grow your small businesses, combining interactive workshops, one-on-one mentoring, and facilitated roundtable discussions. Southern NJ SCORE Chapter 254 is offering this program to entrepreneurs in the South Jersey area.

This introductory session will give you an overview of the Simple Steps for Growing Your Business Workshop program and help you formulate new goals for your business. Clients will complete a preliminary business assessment, and determine areas of their business that need to be enhanced to achieve their goals. The remaining sessions are intended to help you formulate a plan for each of those areas.

Note: This workshop is intended for business that have been in business for 6 months or more. If you are planning to launch a business, or have been in business for less than 6 months, we have a different worshop program designed for you- "Simple Steps for Starting Your Business". We will offer this program shortly after the completion of this one... details will be announced soon.
