IMPORTANT DROP-OFF LOCATIONS AND DATES:

November 6th: Last day to register online to participate

November 8th 5 pm: Last day to return "Wreath Silent Auction Donation Form" (Will be emailed to you) to office at info@asidaznorth.org 

November 25th 10 am - 5 pm:  Wreath Drop-off at Central Arizona Supply, 4750 N. 16th St., Phoenix, AZ 85016

November 29th 10 am -5 pm: Wreath Drop-off at Westin Kierland (map will be supplied).  Please note that this is the day after Thanksgiving, so plan accordingly
