Tim Sams- Director of Marketing: Tim has been at Interpretive for 8 years, working in areas of marketing, sales, and product development. Tim will co-host this event with Adele.

 Holly Miller -CRM for Strategy Simulations:   Holly has been with Interpretive for 4 years   and is responsible for all of our strategy   simulations. She is the primary point of contact for all customers using our strategy simulations.

StratSimMarketing simulation:

StratSimMarketing is a comprehensive marketing strategy simulation based on the automobile industry that demonstrates the impact of marketing decisions on the other functional areas of the business. Marketing strategy is at the core of all decisions in the simulation. Teams target consumer segments and B2B opportunities based on market attractiveness and core competencies, using advanced marketing research techniques such as conjoint analysis, perceptual mapping, and concept testing to identify their customers’ needs and interest.

Guest Speaker: Peter Bortolotti

 My professional background encompasses 35+ years in fields of brand   management, product development, strategic planning, market research   design & execution, and retail management.
 I currently serve as a professor of Marketing at JWUs Providence   Campus. I was recently elected chair of the Faculty Council.
In 2012, I was a national finalist for the National Campus Compact Thomas Ehrlich Civically Engaged Faculty Award for exemplary leadership in engaged scholarship, contributions to the public good, and advancing students’ civic learning. 
A seasoned veteran of the athletic shoe industry, I hold a principle position in Rhode Runner, Inc., a specialty retail store integral to the Rhode Island running community. In addition, I serve as board president of the Southside Cultural Center of RI, a nonprofit education and arts organization, and as board chairman of Stop Wasting Abandoned Property (SWAP).
